These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse or place an order through TwinB Trendz. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that UK consumer law gives you.

1. About us

TwinB Trendz is an online retailer based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at twinblimited@gmail.com, by telephone on 07748 396763, or by post at 37 Comberford Drive, Wednesbury, England, WS10 0UA.

2. Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and measurements or supplier-listed performance figures may have reasonable tolerances. Please read the product description, compatibility information and safety guidance before ordering. Contact us if an important detail is unclear.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Applicable product prices, delivery charges and taxes are displayed before you confirm payment. Payment is processed securely through the methods offered at Shopify checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order and will contact you if that affects your purchase.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received it but does not by itself mean that we have accepted it. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain why and refund any amount paid for that order.

5. Availability

Products are subject to availability. Inventory information can occasionally change before an order is processed. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you and provide the appropriate refund or alternative options; we will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are set out at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Our current standard UK estimate is 12–15 business days. Unless another timeframe is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable law. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

For most online purchases, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days after delivery and then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Exceptions can apply to certain personalised, perishable or hygiene-sealed goods. Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods have separate statutory protections. Please read our Returns & Refunds page for the process and contact us before sending a return.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, use the site for unlawful activity or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or our service providers.

9. Intellectual property

The store design, original text, branding and other content owned by TwinB Trendz may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product names, trademarks and content belonging to suppliers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment, analytics, delivery and other service providers. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use those services.

11. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared. Shopify and payment providers also process information to operate the store and checkout.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the store, law or our services. The version displayed when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
